2026 WNC Parade of Homes: What to Know
The Western North Carolina Parade of Homes is one of our favorite ways to experience what’s possible in mountain homebuilding—new builds, renovations, smart layouts, thoughtful craftsmanship, and the latest in building science and design. The tour is free, self-guided, and open to the public, with most homes available for in-person touring over two weekends in October and virtual tours available year-round. When is the 2026 Parade?
The Parade is hosted by the Builders Association of the Blue Ridge Mountains, and the 45th annual Parade of Homes is planned for October 17-18 & 24-25, 2026. For the most up-to-date schedule, participating homes, and tour planning tools, visit the official Parade site.
