Our Design-Build Process

Qualification

Before we schedule a consultation, we begin with a few key questions to make sure we're a good fit for each other. You'll tell us about your lot, your desired location, and your timeline. We'll also discuss your budget expectations and overall goals. This step helps everyone start on the same page with clarity and purpose.

Discovery

During our first call, we take time to understand your vision and what matters most to you. We’ll explain how our team works and what you can expect at each phase of the journey. This is your opportunity to ask questions, share ideas, and get to know us. We’re not just building homes. We’re building trust from the start.

Design and Pre-Construction

Once you’ve signed a Pre-Construction Agreement, we assemble your design team and begin planning. This includes site planning, architectural drawings, structural engineering, and interior design selections. Building in the mountains requires careful consideration of views, slope, access, and natural light. We guide you through every detail to create a design that works with your land and your lifestyle.

Pricing and Proposal

With design and selections in hand, we prepare a detailed construction proposal. Because we’re involved from the earliest stages, your project has already been developed with the budget in mind. Our proposals are clear, realistic, and reflect actual costs. We value transparency and want you to feel confident moving forward.

Construction

This is where vision becomes reality. Our team manages every detail of the construction process with care and precision, keeping communication clear and consistent from start to finish. We work with a trusted network of subcontractors who meet our high standards for quality and professionalism. You’ll receive regular updates throughout the build, and we're always available to answer questions and keep your project on track.

Move-In

When your home is complete, we do a full walk-through and welcome you into your finished space. You’ll receive a custom Home Manual with important information about systems, materials, and maintenance. This moment is more than just handing over the keys. It's the beginning of life in a home built around you.

Warranty and Ongoing Support

Our commitment to you continues after move-in. We provide a builder warranty and ongoing support for any questions that come up after the project wraps. We want you to feel confident not only during construction but long after you’ve settled in.
